If you’re like me, it’s hard to get into an exercise routine. I know I need to do it, but you’d think I was being forced into a vat of boiling oil when trying to get me to go to the gym. There are other ways to get into shape and lose weight that can help for when you just can’t (or don’t want to) make it to the gym.
