		<description>Most housing complexes are moving away from the old fashion mailboxes for the reasons that you mention here as well as the convenience community mailboxes afford to postmen.

However, I do miss the old school mailboxes, many of which were very decorative and creative and said a lot about the owner and their personality.</description>
