I have a few friends who are hunters. I always thought it would be interesting to go along with them some time to see what it’s like. What an industry that has turned out to be, what with all their gadgets. We’re talking James Bond kind of stuff for the outdoorsman.
Just like with any topic, you’re going to do well by listening to someone who has experience in that particular field of interest. Do you make your own deer blind or do you buy one already made? What supplies do you need to take with you?
My advice is to read a lot and ask a lot of questions before taking up this sort of hobby. Maybe even follow along with a hunting buddy you might have first to see if you like it before investing.

Attention sports fans everywhere! I present to you, The Blue Workhorse! A blog dedicated to baseball, basketball, football — if it has a ball, then that makes it a sport and that makes it something you’ll find right here.
Seriously though, it covers those sports, golf, athletics and plenty more.
The Blue Workhorse is the culmination of five sports enthusiasts who met in college. Did I say enthusiasts? More like fanatics, and that’s okay in my book! Clearly, these bloggers have a lot to bring to the blogosphere with their collective 83 years of sports.
Their posts do not suffer from word loss, which means you’ll be greeted with well thought out articles, which are enjoyable to read, and allow you to keep up with the sport of your interest by another sports fan.
Take, for example, 33 Observations from Celtics/Hawks Series. Hello — 33?! Some might call that several posts in one. I call it a superpower of Shotgun Spratling, the post’s author.
Let’s see…what can I find out of the many posts written since January of this year? Not difficult really. Mr. 4.27 Seconds = Future Trouble? is another one of Shotgun’s works. I never heard of Darren McFadden until I read this post, but now that I have, this guy is tough to outrun.
Whether you want to debate if Bruce Pearl is a savior or a destroyer, or are interested in choosing your own NCAA voicemail greeting, you’ll no doubt find this blog a home away from home (base — sorry, couldn’t resist).
Overall, I think the blog is well organized, well written and has a lot of life in it. Nothing’s worse than showing up to house and finding the party has ended. That’s no problem at The Blue Workhorse. Go check ‘em out now!

If you’re a golfer, no doubt you’ve seen the huge variety of golf balls available to you. I’m not one, but I suppose that with so many choices it’s probably going to come down to price instead of which one is better than the other.
On TheWorldofGolf website you’ll find plenty of golf balls at different prices that are sure to fit your budget. Some brands they have are: Ben Hogan, Nike, Titleist, Bridgestone, Callaway, Maxfli and more.
And when you order is $50 or more, you get free shipping.
