A Darn Good Look At IlchiLee.net

by Mark on December 4, 2008

It has been way too long since I’ve added to the “darn good look” series of posts, so I’m jumping right into this one.

Ilchi Lee Blog Network is a blog about…well, it’s hard to say since there’s no information that directly points that out. I’m gleaning from the “about Ilchi Lee” that it’s about the study of maximizing the human brain’s potential. Ilchi Lee has spent several decades devoting his time to the topic.

Throughout his journey, he has helped hundreds of thousands of people around the globe by helping them focus and improve on their business success, personal empowerment, as well as their health. A worthwhile achievement by anyone’s standards.

His posts are well-written and informative. Two of them caught my eye. Gray matters: more things you can do for your brain points out how you can benefit from doing things like coming out of your comfort zone. This opens up a world of opportunities for you in addition to helping you discover things you might normally miss.

Another post I liked is The brain-mastering lifestyle. While the previously mentioned post discusses the benefits of breaking from your routine, this post focuses on the benefits of having one. It may sound strange, almost contradictory, but after you read them, I think you’ll find the logic behind them makes sense.

Overall, the blog is easy on the eye and includes a pleasant header image. I recommend providing some details on specifically what readers can get out of the blog by providing it on the about page, but aside from that, I think reader will find useful information to help better themselves.

One more thing. The blog is holding a contest that will pay the winner $300. Just in time for Christmas!
